By accessing or using Sereno Planner (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Sereno Planner is a productivity and task management application designed to help users organize tasks, manage calendars, and improve focus. The Service is provided by Devtastic IT Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Sereno Planner offers a free tier with basic features. Use of the free tier is subject to these Terms.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Allow us to charge your selected payment method
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws and our refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or store in Sereno Planner (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

Sereno Planner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Devtastic IT Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devtastic IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
